Religious Discrimination In The Workplace

Nadia Eweida, who was one of the four Christians who claimed they had faced religious discrimination at work, she was the only one who has won her case in the European Court of Human Rights.  Her case was against British Airways who asked her to cover up her cross whilst as work and therefore breaching her Right to Freedom of Religion.

It is important to take advice before taking action in anything  that could be deemed as discriminatory.
