This option enables you to keep full control of the payroll function. You key all the payroll data onto an easy to use system and submit this to TCG once you are happy for payroll to be processed. The information is turned around within 24 hours and you are then able to print off all required reports and payslips for distribution, along with the BACS file for processing payments.
Managed Bureau Service
This option passes a little more of the payroll burden over to TCG. As well as the service offered above we will validate your payroll input data, print and distribute your payslips and send the payments by BACS.
Fully Outsourced Service
This option means that The Compliance Group act as your payroll department and will take full control of the payroll function. We can collate all the payroll data and input details, liaise directly with managers regarding payments and talk employees through any problems they may have with their payslip.
